A service-disabled veteran, Jarrad served in the Navy for 23 years before bringing that discipline to the facility-services industry. Senior Chief Cofield served as an Information Systems Technician prior to his retirement. As President, Jarrad's service is the foundation of TYG's SDVOSB status and the company's eligibility for veteran set-asides, including the VA's "Vets First" priority.

T. Brian Lynch, Jr. — Co-founder & CEO
Brian is a multi-industry operator who has built and run service companies for more than a decade. He founded Pest Control Experts, a central-Alabama pest management firm, in 2011, and co-founded Fire Ready Exteriors, a Colorado wildfire-mitigation company, where he serves as COO. At The Yellowhammer Group, Brian leads strategy, business development, and operations — applying the systems-and-documentation approach that government facility work demands. He is a licensed certified applicator and lives in Shelby County, Alabama.
